1. Who is Aeki Tuesday?
Aeki Tuesday is Jenny François.
2. How did you start blogging?
It was the summer of 2002, the heat was
blazing and the air conditioner wasn't working. The only thing to do besides sticking our head in the
refrigerator was to geek online. One site led to another and then BOOM BAM BOOM BLOGGING. Yep, it happened just like that. If you search the archives you'll see that Aeki Tuesday started as a personal journal but shifted gear towards music news, pop culture and whatever is in between during the fall of 2003.
3. Is there a story behind the name Aeki Tuesday?
Sure there is. The name is a combination of my love for Japanese names and the day I was born. If I want to be funny, I'll just tell people it's
IKEA spelled backwards.
4. Do people really call you Jennifer?
Yes. They've paid dearly for doing that. It's Jenny not Jennifer!
5. You mention Williamsburg (Brooklyn) a lot, are you a wannabe hipster?
Not at the least.
6. You have French last name, do you speak French?
Sadly, I forgot most of it when I was little but I used to speak fluently.
7. What's your favorite pizza topping?
